Tracking and Missing Deliveries
Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a Royal Mail tracking number. You can follow your parcel on Royal Mail's Track Your Item page.

Returns
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Please don't throw the item away until we've had a chance to look into the problem.
Once we receive the item, our team will test and inspect it. If it is faulty, we'll offer a refund or replacement within 30 days. Refunds are made to the payment method you used for your order. If the product is no longer available, we'll refund you including your postage, or you can choose an alternative product.
If we find the item isn't faulty, or the damage was caused by misuse, accidental damage or wear and tear, we won't be able to replace or refund it, and you'll be responsible for any costs.
Changed Your Mind?
If you'd like to return a product, unused and undamaged, within 28 days of purchase, please email customerservices@ilovevapour.com. Refunds are made within 24 hours of us receiving the returned product. All returns must be sent by recorded delivery.

The VooPoo Argus Z3 is a lightweight refillable pod kit. It weighs just 41.6g, has a 1100mAh built-in battery and a 5W–20W output.

0.7Ω or 1.0Ω – which should I use?
Use 1.0Ω for a tighter, cigarette-style draw. It suits higher nicotine strengths, up to 20mg in the UK. Use 0.7Ω for a slightly warmer, fuller draw with more vapour.
