Tracking and Missing Deliveries
Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a Royal Mail tracking number. You can follow your parcel on Royal Mail's Track Your Item page.

Returns
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Please don't throw the item away until we've had a chance to look into the problem.
Once we receive the item, our team will test and inspect it. If it is faulty, we'll offer a refund or replacement within 30 days. Refunds are made to the payment method you used for your order. If the product is no longer available, we'll refund you including your postage, or you can choose an alternative product.
If we find the item isn't faulty, or the damage was caused by misuse, accidental damage or wear and tear, we won't be able to replace or refund it, and you'll be responsible for any costs.
Changed Your Mind?
If you'd like to return a product, unused and undamaged, within 28 days of purchase, please email customerservices@ilovevapour.com. Refunds are made within 24 hours of us receiving the returned product. All returns must be sent by recorded delivery.

Vaporesso XROS Replacement Pods – 4 Pack
Vaporesso XROS mesh pods are the refillable replacement pods for the whole XROS pod kit range, from the latest XROS 6 to the XROS 3 Mini. Each pack contains 4 pods with a 2ml capacity, easy top filling and a built-in mesh coil, at £14 a pack.
Choose from 0.4Ω, 0.6Ω (COREX 2.0 or COREX 3.0), 0.8Ω, 1.0Ω and 1.2Ω to match the draw you like.

- Open the silicone fill cap on the top of the pod and fill with e-liquid, leaving a little space at the top.
- Close the cap and push the pod into your XROS device.
- Wait about 5 minutes before your first puff so the mesh coil can soak.
- Replace the pod when the flavour starts to fade, usually after 1 to 2 weeks of regular use.

Which devices are Vaporesso XROS pods compatible with?
XROS pods fit every Vaporesso XROS pod kit, including the XROS 6, XROS 6 Mini, XROS 5, XROS 5 Mini, XROS 5 Nano, XROS 4, XROS 3 Mini, XROS Mini Retro, XROS Pro and XROS Pro 2. The one exception is the 0.4Ω pod, which needs a higher-power kit: the XROS 4, XROS 5 or XROS 6 series, XROS Pro or XROS Pro 2.
What is the difference between COREX 2.0 and COREX 3.0 XROS pods?
Both are 0.6Ω mesh pods that fit the same XROS devices. COREX 3.0 is Vaporesso's newer coil heating technology, while COREX 2.0 is the earlier version.
Which XROS pod resistance is best for nic salts?
The 0.8Ω, 1.0Ω and 1.2Ω pods give a tighter mouth-to-lung draw that suits 10ml nic salts. The 0.6Ω pod gives a looser draw, and the 0.4Ω pod suits 50/50 e-liquids in higher-power kits.
What wattage should I use with XROS pods?
Vaporesso recommends around 25W for the 0.4Ω pod, 21W for 0.6Ω, 16W for 0.8Ω, 12W for 1.0Ω and 10W for 1.2Ω. Kits without adjustable wattage set the power automatically.
How long does an XROS pod last?
Most vapers replace an XROS pod after around 1 to 2 weeks, depending on how much they vape and the e-liquid used. Sweeter e-liquids can shorten coil life.
How many pods are in a pack, and how much do they cost?
Each pack contains 4 XROS pods of the same resistance and costs £14 at I Love Vapour.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Orders placed by 3pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Delivery is free on orders over £20, with next-day delivery across the UK.
