Returns

We understand that receiving defective or damaged goods can be frustrating, and we want to ensure that you have a seamless experience with our customer service team. If you happen to receive any defective items, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receipt. We kindly request that you do not dispose of the goods until we have had a chance to investigate the issue.

Once we receive the defective goods, our dedicated team will thoroughly test and inspect the product. If it is found to be defective, we will promptly offer you a refund or replacement within 30 days. Rest assured, any refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for your initial order.

In the unlikely event that the product is no longer available, we will issue a refund inclusive of your postage fees. Alternatively, we can offer an exchange for an alternative product of your choice.

Please note that if it is determined that the goods are not defective or if damage is caused by misuse, accidental damage, or wear and tear, we will be unable to provide a replacement or raise a credit. In such cases, you will be responsible for any costs incurred.

Refunds will be made within 24hrs of the product being returned, all returns must be sent via recorded delivery.

How to Returning the Items

Please ensure all returned items in the original box are packaged securely and sent to the address below, with the full name, original order number and reason for return written on the outside.

Key Tag Tracker – Smart Bluetooth Item Locator 

Never lose your keys, bag, wallet, or valuables again. The Key Tag Tracker connects seamlessly to Apple’s Find My network, giving you real-time tracking, sound alerts, and Lost Mode protection—anywhere in the world.




Quick Start Instructions

1. Power On

  • Pull out the battery insulation tab.

  • The tracker will chime, indicating it is powered on.

2. Pairing With Your iPhone or iPad

  1. Open the Find My app.

  2. Tap Items+Add Other Item.

  3. Hold the tracker close to your device.

  4. Tap Connect.

  5. Choose a name and emoji for your tracker.

  6. Tap Agree to link it to your Apple ID.

  7. Tap Finish to complete setup.

3. Enable Lost Mode (Optional)

  1. Open Find MyItems → select your tracker.

  2. Under Lost Mode, tap Enable.

  3. Enter your contact details and custom message.

  4. Tap Activate.

4. Removing the Device

  • Open Find MyItems → select the tracker → Remove Item → confirm.

  • After removing, you have 3 minutes to re-pair.

  • If it times out, remove and reinsert the battery to hear the chime—then pair again.


Main Functions

Locate Your Item

If your item isn’t nearby, the Find My network can still locate it using millions of Apple devices worldwide. Your privacy is fully protected with encrypted and anonymous location relays.

Play Sound

  • Open Find MyItems → select your tracker → Play Sound.

  • The tracker will beep loudly (≥75 dB) to help you find it fast.


How to Use

  1. Pull out the battery insulation sheet.

  2. Ensure the tracker powers on (chime).

  3. Open Find My and add a new item.

  4. Register, choose an emoji, and finish setup.
