Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day. Christmas Delivery Cut-Off Times
To make sure your order arrives in time for Christmas, please order before these times:
- Royal Mail: 23rd December, 3pm
- Local same-day delivery: 24th December, 9am
Orders placed after these times will be dispatched on 29th December.
Tracking and Missing Deliveries
Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a Royal Mail tracking number. You can follow your parcel on Royal Mail's Track Your Item page.
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days, please contact us at customerservices@ilovevapour.com or call 01525 714001.
Returns
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Please don't throw the item away until we've had a chance to look into the problem.
Once we receive the item, our team will test and inspect it. If it is faulty, we'll offer a refund or replacement within 30 days. Refunds are made to the payment method you used for your order. If the product is no longer available, we'll refund you including your postage, or you can choose an alternative product.
If we find the item isn't faulty, or the damage was caused by misuse, accidental damage or wear and tear, we won't be able to replace or refund it, and you'll be responsible for any costs.
Changed Your Mind?
If you'd like to return a product, unused and undamaged, within 28 days of purchase, please email customerservices@ilovevapour.com. Refunds are made within 24 hours of us receiving the returned product. All returns must be sent by recorded delivery.

Easy Refills and Coil Changes
If you're currently using a vape pen with a smaller tank, you know that "user friendly" isn't exactly a term that applies to most vape pen tanks. The Innokin Endura Prism T18E is something different entirely; it's designed for an absolutely superb vaping experience regardless of your experience level. Need to refill the tank? Just twist off the top cap and add your e-liquid.
If you hate getting e-liquid on your hands when you replace your tank's coil, you're going to love the new push-and-vape coil replacement system of the Innokin Endura Prism T18E. To replace the coil, remove the tank from your vape pen and remove the tank's bottom hardware. Pull the old coil straight out of the tank and push in a new coil. Replace the tank's bottom hardware and wait five minutes for the wick to saturate. It's that easy!
