Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day. Christmas Delivery Cut-Off Times
To make sure your order arrives in time for Christmas, please order before these times:
- Royal Mail: 23rd December, 3pm
- Local same-day delivery: 24th December, 9am
Orders placed after these times will be dispatched on 29th December.
Tracking and Missing Deliveries
Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a Royal Mail tracking number. You can follow your parcel on Royal Mail's Track Your Item page.
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days, please contact us at customerservices@ilovevapour.com or call 01525 714001.
Returns
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Please don't throw the item away until we've had a chance to look into the problem.
Once we receive the item, our team will test and inspect it. If it is faulty, we'll offer a refund or replacement within 30 days. Refunds are made to the payment method you used for your order. If the product is no longer available, we'll refund you including your postage, or you can choose an alternative product.
If we find the item isn't faulty, or the damage was caused by misuse, accidental damage or wear and tear, we won't be able to replace or refund it, and you'll be responsible for any costs.
Changed Your Mind?
If you'd like to return a product, unused and undamaged, within 28 days of purchase, please email customerservices@ilovevapour.com. Refunds are made within 24 hours of us receiving the returned product. All returns must be sent by recorded delivery.

With its chrome and glass body, the CS Micro has none of the reactive plastic pieces that can cause other tanks to alter the flavours of your favourite e-liquids. An affordable tank with equally affordable coils, the CS Micro will give you a great vaping experience without costing an arm and a leg. It also connects to most smaller vape pens with no overhang.
Smooth but Powerful Mouth-to-Lung Vaping
The CS Micro tank by TECC works best with higher-nicotine e-liquids and a mouth-to-lung inhaling style. If you prefer to inhale the vapour from your e-cigarette as if you were inhaling cigarette smoke, the CS Micro is the perfect tank for you. The atomizer coil has a resistance of 1.5 ohm and works within a recommended power range of 8-20 watts or 3.5-5.5 volts. This tank is also a perfect choice if you have a non-adjustable vaping device with direct voltage output.
Simple to Use
The CS Micro by TECC is a bottom-filling tank. To refill the tank or replace the atomizer coil, remove the tank from your vaping device and unscrew the bottom cap. This exposes the tank's e-liquid reservoir. The coil is attached to the tank's bottom hardware. Unscrew the old coil and screw in a new one to perform the replacement.
