What's in the box
When you open your XROS 5 Mini, you'll find the device (1500mAh battery), one 0.6Ω COREX mesh pod, a USB-C charging cable, and a user manual.
Step 1 — Fill your pod
Remove the pod from the device by pulling it gently upward. On the underside you'll find a rubber fill port. Use a compatible nic salt or 50/50 e-liquid and fill slowly until the liquid reaches just below the top of the fill window. Avoid overfilling. Reseat the rubber plug firmly.
Step 2 — Prime the coil
This is the most important step new vapers skip. Once filled, leave the pod standing upright for 5–10 minutes before vaping. This lets the cotton wick inside the coil fully saturate, preventing a harsh "dry hit" on your first puff.
Step 3 — Insert the pod and charge
Slide the pod back into the device — you'll hear a soft click. If the battery isn't full, plug in via USB-C before your first session. The XROS 5 Mini charges from flat to full in around 45 minutes.
Step 4 — Start vaping
The XROS 5 Mini uses draw-activation — no buttons needed. Simply inhale and the device fires automatically. Take slow, steady pulls for the best flavour. The COREX mesh coil technology heats your liquid evenly, giving you a smooth, consistent vape from first puff to last.
Step 5 — Adjust airflow
The XROS 5 Mini features an adjustable airflow slider on the side of the pod. Slide it toward the closed end for a tighter, cigarette-like draw (MTL). Open it up slightly for a more open, airy pull (RDTL).
When to replace your pod
Most pods last 1–3 weeks depending on how much you vape and which e-liquid you use. You'll know it's time when you notice a burnt or muted taste, reduced vapour production, or visible discolouration of the cotton through the pod window.

- Use nic salt e-liquids (10–20mg) in the 0.6Ω pod for the smoothest experience
- Store your device upright when not in use to prevent leaking
