Returns

We understand that receiving defective or damaged goods can be frustrating, and we want to ensure that you have a seamless experience with our customer service team. If you happen to receive any defective items, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receipt. We kindly request that you do not dispose of the goods until we have had a chance to investigate the issue.

Once we receive the defective goods, our dedicated team will thoroughly test and inspect the product. If it is found to be defective, we will promptly offer you a refund or replacement within 30 days. Rest assured, any refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for your initial order.

In the unlikely event that the product is no longer available, we will issue a refund inclusive of your postage fees. Alternatively, we can offer an exchange for an alternative product of your choice.

Please note that if it is determined that the goods are not defective or if damage is caused by misuse, accidental damage, or wear and tear, we will be unable to provide a replacement or raise a credit. In such cases, you will be responsible for any costs incurred.

Refunds will be made within 24hrs of the product being returned, all returns must be sent via recorded delivery.

Description

An incredibly affordable mini-mod that doesn't compromise on power at all, the Arc 5 by TECC is a tiny box mod that delivers an incredible maximum power of 40 watts and has a 2,600 mAh internal battery for all-day vaping power. The Arc 5 comes with its own tank, and you'll love how easy it is to use. From the bright and clear OLED display to the stainless steel threads that can withstand years of abuse, the Arc 5 box mod is a pleasure to use and won't ever let you down.

Using the Arc 5 Mod

Arc 5 by TECC includes the CS Air Slim tank. While you can use the Arc 5 with any 510-threaded tank that works at 40 watts or less, we think you'll love the CS Air Slim tank because it provides a wonderfully pure flavour for mouth-to-lung vaping. Use it with a higher-nicotine e-liquid for the best experience. 

The CS Air Slim atomizer coil typically lasts a few days and may last up to several weeks if you avoid using sweetened e-liquids. When it's time to change the coil, doing so is easy. When your tank is empty, remove it from your vaping device and twist off the tank's bottom hardware. The coil is attached to the base of the tank. Twist off the coil and twist on a new one. Reassemble and fill the tank. After a few minutes, the coil's wick will be fully saturated, and the tank will be ready to use.
